No. There's no joining fee at THE GYM. You just pay your monthly membership or a £5 day pass.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There's no contract and no tie-in. Memberships are paid monthly.
How much is a gym membership in Rhyl at THE GYM?
Adults are £30 a month, under 18s £25 a month and under 16s £22.50 a month. A day pass is £5 for everyone.
Can I just pay for one session?
Yes. A day pass is £5 for everyone, with no membership needed. Just come in during opening hours or message us on WhatsApp first.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 6am – 9pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8am – 3pm. The gym is staffed during opening hours.

Absolutely. THE GYM is a gym for all walks of life, from first-timers to experienced lifters, and the team is on hand during opening hours if you have a question.
What equipment do you have?
A big free-weights area with dumbbell racks and plate-loaded machines, a wide range of resistance machines, squat racks and benches, deadlift platforms and cardio including a treadmill, exercise bike and cross-trainer.
Is there parking?
Yes, there's an on-site car park right outside the gym on Glanabar Estate, Vale Road.
Can I get a coffee or a shake?
Yes. Our Coffees & Shakes bar at reception serves drinks and supplements, and card payments are accepted.
